Guarantee: Lavish threading and spa takes great pride in the work we do! If you have any concerns with the service you received, let us know within 24 hours and we will fix it to your satisfaction at no extra charge. This is a policy we are proud to offer!

Appointment Policy: Lavish threading and spa requires all appointments to be reserved with a credit or debit card.

Cancellation Policy:  Lavish threading and spa requires 24 hour notice prior to any cancellation and 3 hours for rescheduling an appointment. Cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment will be considered a no-show and 20% of scheduled fees may apply. Please reschedule 4 hours or before appointment to avoid a cancellation and 20% of scheduled fees may apply. Call within the business hours to cancel or reschedule, voicemails may not be considered if it’s after business hours. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

Late Policies: Please notify us if you are running late for your appointment. Running late may result in your service being altered to fit the remaining time available. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be treated as a no-show and fees may apply.

Refunds:  Lavish threading and spa DOES NOT offer refunds on services.

Allergies: If you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products used during a service, please notify us immediately for assistance in assessing the situation. If you have experienced allergic reactions to any of the products or services in the past and think you may have an allergy to our products, please let us know prior to your appointment. A patch test can be administered before your appointment. Simply phone or email us with this request. *Refunds are not given for allergic reactions.

Cell Phone/ Speaker Phone:
We ask clients to refrain from using speakerphones and FaceTime in the salon. You should avoid phone usage while being serviced as the services we provide are very delicate and detailed. Please respect the time of you technician.

Children: Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for their appointments. Small children are most welcome in the salon. But as our team will not be able to provide supervision, please have someone with you to watch kids while you’re getting served. Please understand that our concern is for the safety of your child, for other guests, and for our staff. We have the utmost respect for our parent clients and some of our staff are parents themselves, so we know that this may be an inconvenience. Thank you for understanding! 

Video recording: Please be mindful of those around you, we want to maintain a respectful environment for all guests. We do not allow any recording or streaming by guests is a way for us to maintain privacy for all others, as well as respecting your technician time.
